sophisticated sheet metal production facility with the latest automated design capabilities for tooling, a press shop with the latest technology and a trained, committed workforce. We have about 200 presses ranging from 50 tons to 500 tons that are capable of producing an infinite range and number of components. The tools are customized according to client drawings and specifications and our tooling room has been established at a centralized location at Rajpura in Punjab. Fully Automatic Powder Coating and Liquid coating facility installed at 5 different location in the group.
We usually work with carbon steel, galvanized or pre coated steel and aluminum of all alloys, high carbon and high tensile steels, and stainless steel. Our sheet metal components are produced with strict quality processes and monitored at every stage of production. Being an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, quality control and process regulation is of paramount importance to us. In fact our clients rely on us completely for our exacting attention to detail, high quality standards and prompt service back up.

Amber Group started its business in early 1984, our founder Mr. Prempal Singh who holds an experience of more than 4 decades in the rubber industry established Amber Bush Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. with manufacturing / manufacturer of Rubber Silent Block Bushes for Automobile Industries, later on added products for packaging industries mainly Rubber Washers/Gaskets for Drum Closures.
Expanding its business further, the group took over a new company in the year 2000 named
Areis Electronic Industries Pvt. Ltd. and continued to explore new markets for rubber products.
In the year 2005, Amber Group added a new company under its banner named Polygrip Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. and added news products for Paddy De-husking/Rice Mills in the brand name of SHANTI Rubber Rolls and Polishers.
