These Shaker Hearth Furnaces are used for hardening carburizing of small parts like spanners, fasteners etc. They provide uniform heating and soaking to the components in open and protective atmosphere. The shaking action is achieved with the help of pneumatic cylinder and shaker table made of heat resistant casting. Furnaces are electrically heated fired with gaseous fuel. They are provided with automatic temperature control and quenching arrangement. operations like transfer of charge from quench tank to tempering furnaces and continuous tempering furnaces are additions to such equipments.
