Tubes : Plain copper tubes
Tube Sheets : MS plate
End covers : Fabricated from MS plates

Connections

Shell side : MS Pipe with companion flanges.
Tube side : MS Pipe with companion flanges.
Painting : Synthetic enamel paint after two coats of red oxide primer.

Pressure Testing

Shell side : 350 psi - Hydraulic
Tube side : 350 psi - Pneumatic
Special Condensers : Our Standard chillers are designed & fabricated as per good engineering practice. However we can provide Chillers as per design codes IS, ASME & TEMA. We can also provide chillers with other materials such as MS or stainless steel tubes and SS shells
