Material Of Constructions

  • Shell : MS ERW pipes or rolled from MS plates
  • Tubes : Plain copper tubes
  • Tube Sheets : MS plate
  • End covers : Fabricated from MS plates

Connections
  • Shell side : MS Pipe with companion flanges.
  • Tube side : MS Pipe with companion flanges.
  • Painting : Synthetic enamel paint after two coats of red oxide primer.

Pressure Testing
  • Shell side : 350 psi - Hydraulic
  • Tube side : 350 psi - Pneumatic
  • Special Condensers : Our Standard chillers are designed & fabricated as per good engineering practice. However we can provide Chillers as per design codes IS, ASME & TEMA. We can also provide chillers with other materials such as MS or stainless steel tubes and SS shells.
