*Guillotine/Foot Shearing M/c :
This is used for shearing/cutting the tin sheets in to many strip for manufacturing Shoe Polish Container. Stacking stands are available for stack the sheared strips.
*Gang slitting M/c for strip cutting:
This is used for shearing/cutting the tin sheets in to many strip for manufacturing Shoe Polish Container. Stacking trolley and grinding attachment are available.
*Roll Feed Systems:
Feed the strip in to the die set/press tool in to equal pitch in every stroke of the power press.
*Press Tools/Die Set:
Pillar die set, (rear, diagonal) for blank and draw, cutting, lug forming operation for Shoe Polish Container. Manual feeding and roll feeding type are available.

*Blower Systems:
Air blower with mouth piece for throw the components from the die set in every stroke of the power press.
*Press Line:
Power press, feeding systems and blower systems for producing Shoe Polish Container.
*Pre-Curling M/c:
Single/multi tool pre-curling m/c for pre-curl the edges of the shell.
*Reverting M/c:
Indexing type reverting m/c for press the revert on each container(Bottom).
*Conveyor:
Nylon/Wire mesh belt conveyor to transfer the component from one place to another.
*Elevator:
Horizontal/vertical/inclined magnetic elevators for transfer/feed the component.
