Sandblasting line for zinc die casting components – ZIDCC LINE can be integrated in automated production line of high quality zinc die casting components. The goal is to finish components as much as possible in the machine. A high degree of automation enables more cost-effective and less time-consuming handling.
Manipulator takes the casting from the die and put it to a special fixture on the sandblasting line conveyor. During the transport the casting is being cooled down to the right temperature for surface treatment process. Then the casting is sand blasted with a robot to quickly and precisely deflash the casting. Sand blasting with a robot is very fast, economical and gives the best possible surface treatment results.
