Automatic movement with motorized hoists
hook type shotblasting machines type h are builded in varying models, where the components are hung individually or in batches depending on size and are loaded into the machine on a trolley which slides on the overhead monorail conveyor. During the work cycle the hook is rotated ensuring a uniform blast effect. These models can be equipped with two or more hooks with option of automatic motorized hoist.

central shotblasting chamber
it is directly and thoroughly manufactured with wear resistant manganese steel 12-14% plate. The structure is stiffened outside with a set of section bars to guarantee the sturdiness chamber.
internal auxiliary protections
- the wall opposite to turbines direct shot is lined with bolted auxiliary wear resistant manganese steel plates
- grating in the middle of the blasting chamber; it is straight and thoroughly made of wear resistant manganese steel plate 12-14 %. Steel made grating in the side zones protected by perforated wear-resistant rubber
- shotblasting chamber ceiling in the turbines direct shot impact zone is protected by bolted auxiliary wear resistant manganese 12-14% steel plates.
