Shot Blasting Machine

The machine is allocated in front of combined drawing machine in order to remove the oxidation layer and to soften the bar before drawing operation. 4 sets of centrifuge wheels are used to propel the blasting material, a funnel nozzle to facilitate the bar entrance, filtration system to avoid leakage. This machine is more and more popular as the environmental protection awareness, it is to replace the old pickling process which fills with sulfuric acid.
