Principle of working : The principle is material (metal or non-metallic ) fed to the blast wheel is accelerated, and obtain greater kinetic energy, shock or impact on the work piece surface with high speed so as to achieve the effect of pretreatment such as derusting deburring, surface hardening and so on.

The process is similar with the centrifugal pump. Abrasive 5 fed by the chute from the axial direction, with the shaft rotating high speed, accelerated by impeller 1, due to the effect of centrifugal force, through the control cage 3 openings and then thrown onto the blade 2 directly, once again being accelerated, and then forms an abrasive stream 4 thrown onto the surface of the work piece.
