These blades are manufactured by very special grade and hardened to increase its life. Shear blades are specially heat treated for optimum toughness and abrasion resistance to make them highly resistant to damage, impact, vibration, clamping and cutting force.
Shredder blades are made of hard faced, alloy steel (aisi 4140, 4340, en 353, 20mncr5, hchcr d2, d3 etc.)* hardness 60-62hrc* for different applications
