Shrikhand Making Machine

Shrikhand is typically a Gujarati and Maharashtrian delicacy. Served chilled, this delicacy is consumed in various Indian Festivals.Shrikhand machine is used for churning the granules in the Shrikhand which are present in the base material ‘chakka’ and also formed after addition of sugar. After passing the ‘chaka’ + sugar combination through the machine, soft and smooth Shrikhand is formed. This is the most hygienic alternative as all the contact parts are stainless steel and the scrubber is fitted with food grade Teflon.
