We source the Vannamei shrimp from one of the country’s finest suppliers who own the best hatcheries, aqua culture farms and processing unit compliant with highest international quality standards such as BAP 3 star certification for best aquaculture practices, US FDA, EU BRC, ACC, ISO 9001:2000 certifications and HACCP compliance for the processing plants.
The processing plant produces an output of 290,000 Metric Tons of finest quality shrimp per annum and has the largest feed mill in the country. The frozen shrimp (IQFBlock Frozen) has a long shelf life and best for use before 24 months from the date of processing if maintained at recommended temperature. In order to ensure long shelf life, the shrimp is frozen using state of art IQF and block freezing techniques and is shipped in temperature controlled containers.
