We are offering shrimp protein,
shrimp protein is valuable by- product of the shrimp processing industry. It is made from material consisting of head, shell & other wastes of shrimp separated during peeling of shrimp. The shrimp wastes were collected from various shrimp processing units and cleaned thoroughly by using water and protein mass is extracted and precipitated by chemical treatment. The protein extract is press filtered to remove water and dried by using modern drying process, called flash drying, which preserves the numerous qualities in the raw material through to the meal.
Uses:
• used as major ingredient in prawn, fish, poultry feed.
• good source of protein, fatty acids and carotenoids.
• also rich source of minerals especially calcium and magnesium.
• have high carotenoids content namely astaxanthin & canthaxanthin.
