Single screw extruders of PVC Shrink Film are used to cater a wide range of demands in packaging industry.
Designing is based on special technique that can assure widthwise shrinkage upto 45% and lengthwise shrinkage less than 5%
All the AC Motors for the take up and extruder are synchronized to achieve the optimum production and immediate control of speed of Ist and IInd take upto to make the shrinkage ratio.
The Technology is based on "Double-Bubble" technique. Bubble Callibration basket is made up of stainless steel both inner and outer. Glass Wool is inserted in between to bring down the heat loss.
Shrink Film Winder is provided with two station & drive is given through torque motor.
