The pump consists of an impeller that spinswithin the housing compartment The housing contains a suction port & a pressure port. When the impeller goes past the suction port,air is drawn in & trapped between the impeller blades.The air is again pushed out through exhaust When the impeller crosses the exhaust port. This is a regenerative process which allows the blower to be used for suction as well as pressure application.
