Usage and Characteristics:
wszr Series Hot Ore Vibrating Screens are Mainly Used in Metallurgical Industry for the Classification of Medium- and Small-sized Sinter At 600-800℃ and Then Feeding the Material Into Downstream Cooling Device with Uniform Distribution.
The Motor Can Be Installed On the Left or Right Side in Accordance with Site Conditions. The Screen Can Be Either Upper or Lower Vibrating Mode Due to Different Mounting Locations of the Motor or Exciter. We are Able to Design and Manufacture Hot Ore Vibrating Screens of Various Specifications to Meet Your Specific Requirements.
Principle and Structure:
wszr Series Hot Ore Vibrating Screens Apply Two Motors for Reverse Self-synchronizing Rotation, Leading to Periodic Reciprocating Motion of the Screen Body in Linear Direction for the Purpose of Screening.
The Crossbeam and Side Plate are Made of Heat-resistant Plate or Stainless Steel Plate, Connected with Grooved Lockbolt, Bringing in Better Fastening Effect and Substantial Reduction in Welding-triggered Internal Stress.
The Screen Deck is Made of Thermal-resistant Anti-abrasion Materials, with Features of Heat Resistance, Deformation Resistance and Long Lifetime, as Well as Ease of Installation and Disassembly.
Dual Vibrating Isolation is Employed for Substantial Reduction in the Shock of Running Machine On the Foundation, Leading to Lower Cost of Foundation.
