Technical Specifications

• Canopy Base Frame : Made from 3/4 mm thick HR sheet, duly reinforced. The Base is painted with Black Paint from aesthetic looks.

• Canopy Structure : Fabricated from 1.6 mm thick CRCA Sheet. The thickness of canopy will be 50/100 mm.

• Doors : Fabricated from 1.6 mm thick CRCA Sheet. All doors are provided with specially designed hinges and lockable handles/locks

• Roof/Ceiling : Fabricated from 1.6 mm thick CRCA Sheet.

• Insulation : P.U Foam/Rock wool of 96kg cubic meter. Conforming to IS 8183 covered by Fire resistance fiber tissue for sound absorption.

• Inside Cover : G.I. Perforated Sheet is used for holding the rock wool.

• Pre treatment : All canopy parts undergo chemical pre treatment (phosphating, degreasing etc.) before powder coating and baking thereafter.

• Powder Coating : The Canopy is duly powder coated with Pure Polyester powder for long life, durability and aesthetic looks.

• Air Inlet P&; Outlet : Specially designed louvers are provided for each of air flow inside the canopy making it efficient for the Genset to run smoothly in different load conditions.
