silicon nitride is a high-tensile compound with high mechanical and physicochemical characteristics. it is widely used in ceramic, cutting tool, refractory materials industry etc. refractory materials additiezed with silicon nitride possess high thermostability and resistance. our silicon nitride is produced by combustion synthesis (shs) under high pressure of nitrogen (up to 20 mpa) and extremal temperature, so our product contains 90% of beta-phase.
