SILICONE ANTIFOAM RJ-101F-20 is a water soluble highly effective silicone based antifoam which has been made to kosher standards. The product is developed by a special process of synthesizing polyether and polymethylsiloxane which has efficient knockdown defoaming and long time foam suppressing effects.

Applications
RJ-101F-20 is recommended for a wide variety of aqueous processes, including the following:
1.Fermentation processing;
2.Potato crisp production process;
3.Low foam washing formulations;
4.Monosodium glutamate production process;
5.Brewing;
6.Agricultural production process.
RJ-101F-20 can also be used as a processing aid for polar solvent foaming system.
Recommended Usage:
For maximum efficiency and economy, we recommend the antifoam be diluted with 2~4 fold water before use, adding water slowly to the foam with continual agitation, then the product can disperse completely in the foaming system.
0.01% of the foaming system, observe the defoaming effects, and add more as appropriate.
Package:
To be packed in plastic barrel of 25KG, 50KG or 200KG of iron drum or other package on the request.
Product quality, Storage and Handling:
1.After first opening the product, be sure to seal tightly, the product should be stored at room temperature in a cool dark place, and cannot be stored at the temperature under 0°C.
2.The product is transported as non-hazardous chemicals.
3.Shelf life: 12 months
