SILICONE ANTIFOAM RJ-1021 is a highly effective silicone based self-emulsifying antifoam emulsion. The product is a kind of O/W paste, it is easy to emulsify, and it can be directly diluted with water. The product is developed for the use under the conditions of a wide range of temperatures.

Applications
RJ-1021 is recommended for a wide variety of aqueous processes at a wide range of temperatures.
Recommended Usage
Typical dose rates vary from 1 to 150ppm(150ppm = 0.15 litres of product per 1000 litres of foaming media). The optimum dose is 50~100ppm.
Dilute the antifoam with 20~35°C water. For best results, the product should be added at a point of good agitation to ensure uniform distribution. If so, it will improve effectiveness and be more economical. High shear should be avoided in the dilution.
For best results, the diluted antifoam should be used within twelve hours of dilution.
To extend the storage period of the diluted antifoam, the customer can dilute the antifoam with the solution which is dissolved with the thickener(water-soluble polymer is recommended as the thickener), the dose rates is 1~2%.

To be packed in plastic barrel of 50KG or other package on request.
Product quality, Storage and Handling
1.After first opening the product, be sure to seal tightly and stored in a cool dark place. The product should be stored at temperatures between 0~40°C.
2.High temperature and freezing should be avoided during transportation and storage.
3.The product retains sufficient quality for a period of 6 months after manufacture.
4.Transported as non-hazardous chemicals.
