Silicone Elastomer

We are offering silicone elastomer for gypsum / plaster molding（condensation）.
J1225 and j1425 molding silicone are excellent for casting gypsumplaster decoration products with high tensile and tear strength. They are easy to operate due to its exceptional good fluidity. Jenova mold silicone also has the good resistance to weather, temperature, aging , acid.the compounds are simple to mix and do not contain flammable or toxic solvents.j1225 and j1425 is also excellent for casting solid urethanes, polyesters and epoxies where a free standing mold that can maintain a straight edge is required, such as cornice, column, balustrade, ceiling, pedestals, fountains, mantels, wall ornament, planter, furniture decorative, etc.
Casting material:
j12 series silicone rubber could be applied to make mold for casting material as below
,fiberglass resin and so on.
Storage & shelf life:
when stored at or below 32°c (89.6°f) in the original unopened containers, j12-series silicone base and its curing agents have a usable life of 12months
