LSTÜMPA ES-55 is a long chain Alkyl Aryl Polysiloxane emulsion designed for soft materials such Aluminum, Zinc and magnesium. It offers superior release properties compared to traditional Polydimethylsiloxane, leaving the mold surface bright without carbon buildup. It is also compactible with secondary processes likeprinting and finishing.

Release agent: idle for die-casting application, especially with soft metals. Preliminary trials on compatibilityand stability must be performed
