Silicone Inks

This Product are of two part 1] BEAUTYSEAL white and 2] BEAUTYFIX the catalystactivator.
Mix equal portion by weight. For example take No:1 .. 15 gms and add N0.2 ..15 gms.
Proper mixing of both parts is very essential. Improper mixing will have ineffective results may be wet.
Also Touch dry u can cure and then fuse it 180C for 15 sec.
Temperature choices are stated below.
1] Temp 180 for 8-10 sec. 2] Temp 160 for 10-12 sec
3] Temp 140 for 20 sec. 4] Temp 120-130 for 30 sec. The shelf pot life of the mixture is 12 -15 hrs
Screen Mesh : For high thickness printing; after blending, start to print using screens with 30 to 86 mesh with a maximum stencil of 300 - 500 micron. The best prints are obtained with thicknesses of 300 microns of photo emulsion. To obtain greater thickness we recommend performing a second print on top of the first, after pre-drying it sufficiently. To print in a normal fashion use mesh counts from 110-355 threads per inch.
Properties:
Traditional inks can require 12-15 layers to achieve optimal coverage. resistant to heat, cold, moisture, UV rays, fire, and abrasion.
Screen printers can achieve the same resistant effect with only three layers of the new silicone inks.
The result is a less bulky finish, lower material usage, faster production cycles, and labor cost savings.
Durable, high-quality screen printing that looks great, feels soft, and is wash resistant.
The ink has high elongation,good stretch and recovery properties, so it is well suited for use on fabric with 15-20 percent spandex content also.
Anti-Color Migration or Bleeding: No color migration ( passes the 48 hours at 70°C [ test], even between RED and WHITE. No blocking problem upon folding.
