We have primarily been working with silicone for diaper machine rollers and parts for over 30 years. With so many years of experience we can solve nearly any problems you may have with your current parts. Our silicones can be made in hardnesses ranging from 20A to 80A durometer and in a number of colors. Our silicones withstand up to 375°F (190°C). We can solve your problems in large or small runs. If there is something that you need, we can design it. Over the years we have created a wide variety of parts and solutions by focusing on low tooling costs and improving part performance, through part redesign and material formulation changes.
