Silicone Rubber For Apparel Label

Silicone Rubber For Apparel Label series of products is a two-component liquid silicone rubber. The Silicone Rubber For Apparel Label has excellent weather durability, size stability, moderate hardness, good fluidity. Also, the Silicone Rubber For Apparel Label is eco-friendly and does not have any type of toxic elements. The Silicone Rubber For Apparel Label is adhesive with all kinds of fabric. Also, the Silicone Rubber For Apparel Label can be used above 250^oC. Application :

• Mix : silicone compound and curing agent are mixed according to 10:1 (TCS-2820 according to100：2) weight ratio, mix manually or with mixing equipment.
• Debubbling : the mixed silicone rubber should vacuum to remove air bubbles before making apparel label, volume may increase 4 to 5 times under vacuum; hence, debubbling container should be 4 to 5 times larger than rubber mixture, after several minutes rubber volume will subside to normal. Debubbling is complete when no more air bubble breaks out from surface (about 10 minutes)
• Formation : may use adding or casting rubber method, add mixture into mold, heat to formation.

• Silicone rubber is packaged in 20kg/ Iron pail; curing agent is in 2 kg/ Iron pail
• Product is non hazard material, store in dry, well ventilated area, under shade, avoid rainwater and direct sunshine
• Avoid contacting other curing agent during process, material having ammonium, sulfur, phosphorous and some metal salt may affect curing, avoid moisture intrusion during process
• Twelve month storage period, mix before use to restore fluidity. Better to add silicone rubber into container first, mix, then add curing agent. Product exceeds shelf life may still be useful if meets specifications
