The Silicone Rubber For Electronic Encapsulation can use for encapsulating of electrical components, high-voltage components, LED driving power, HID, etc. Application :

• The material should be fully stirred before use, component A and component B are poured according to mix ratio (weight or volume) by hand or machine.
• If the final product is sensitive to air, the rubber need vacuum to remove bubbles after mixing.
• The viscosity will increase in a short time, and it will be twice after 30 minutes at room temperature.

• Package : 10kg/ Plastic pail or 25kg/Plastic pail
• Product is non hazard material, store in dry, well ventilated area, under shade, avoid rainwater and direct sun shine
• Shelf life is 12 months. Stir uniform before using. Product exceeds shelf life may still be useful if meets specification
• It can’t contact the vulcanizing agent of the condensation silicone rubber, otherwise the catalyst will cease to be in force and the rubber won’t be vulcanized. Some chemicals including amine, sulfocompound, phosphoric compound and metal salt can lead to the product won’t be vulcanized.
