Contact SupplierThe kantha stitch is a traditional form of thread work in Bengal. The base fabric used is mostly Bangalore silk. A pista green saree with mauve dual tone. It is hand stitched in white threads. The broad lower border is called dhakka paar. It is done in floral designs and geometric pattern. The pallu is also the same. The motifs in the body are two leaf figures. The next is a saree of dark blueberry shade. The entire saree is hand stitched with leaves and curved loops in tapestry pattern. The pallu have dense floral and circle designs. The last one is a maroon saree with off white thread work. This saree features reverse kantha stitch. All these sarees have blouse piece available.
