DU and DUB Type Dry Bush & Bearings  (Oil Free) take advantage of the outstanding dry bearing properties of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and combines them with strength, stability and good wear resistance, excellent heat conductivity and low thermal expansion. DU Type consists of three bonded layers: A steel backing strip and a porous bronze matrix, impregnated and overlaid with the PTFE/ lead bearing material.

1. PTFE           0.01~0.03mm

2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3 mm

3. Steel / Bronze backing 0.7~2.3 mm

4. Tin-plating  0.005 mm or                           

5. copper plating 0.008mm

DUB Type also consists of three layers: ---

Bronze backing replacing the steel backing strip. The structure is otherwise the same as that of DU. The bronze backing provides a high corrosion resistance, anti magnetic properties and a good thermal conductivity.

DX Type Bushings & Washers

Dx Type Dry Bushings  (Marginal lubricated) It is made of high quality low-carbon steel, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer, with the compound of POM (POM-Pb) as its surface. And has good load capacity & wear-resistant. It's used in vehicle chassis, forming machine tools, steel metallurgical machinery, mineral mountain machinery, hydraulic industry and rolling steel industry, etc. It is without lead, can meet the requirements  of environment protection. Our DX type bushings & washers are especially well-suited for applications where lubricant can not be supplied continuously or 

repeatedly. Recommended for applications involving intermittent operation or boundary lubrication...
