DU Type consists of three bonded layers: A steel backing strip and a porous bronze matrix, impregnated and overlaid with the PTFE/ lead bearing material.

4. Tin-plating  0.005 mm or                           

5. copper plating 0.008mm

DUB Type also consists of three layers: ---

Bronze backing replacing the steel backing strip. The structure is otherwise the same as that of DU. The bronze backing provides a high corrosion resistance, anti magnetic properties and a good thermal conductivity.

And has good load capacity & wear-resistant. It's used in vehicle chassis, forming machine tools, steel metallurgical machinery, mineral mountain machinery, hydraulic industry and rolling steel industry, etc. It is without lead, can meet the requirements  of environment protection.
