Repairing, replacement, retubing, testing, & reconditioning services for products & parts including shell replacement, channels, channel covers, tubes, tube sheets, baffles, tie-rods & spacers, seal strips are also available. Other heat exchangers available include boiler feed pump oil cooler, U-bend heater, oxygen cooler, & cored inner cooler. Testing services including air testing of tubes or complete assembly, vacuum test, hydro test, & leak testing of units are available.

We design Kettle Reboiler as per ASME SEC VIII Div-1 standards and TEMA standards.
We analyse and calculated the Mechanical and Thermal Design.
Phase Exchanger constructed by us is in accordance to the ASME Sec-II Part A & B
We have qualified welders for all types of welding joints for structural work.
We have our own facility for POST WELD HEAT TREATMENT, NDE.
We also provide Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test facilities.
