Application:
Simmons Cone Crusher is mainly used in crushing ore, non-ferrous metal ,granite ,limestone, sandstone and grail. It is mainly used in metal and nonmetallic ore ,cement ,construction ,metallurgy industries etc .
Working Principles:
When it is on operation ,the eccentric bushing spins by the electronic motor through triangle belt ,belt wheel ,transmission shaft ,bevel pinion and bevel gear .The axial lead swings forcing by the eccentric sleeve ,making the surface be close or far away to the mortal wall untimely. Because of this ,the materials are impacted and squeezed bended continuously to be crushed .After times of this ,the demanding materials are discharged .
Characteristics :
a. Comparing to the traditional cone crusher ,it possesses the higher property and production capability .
b. Adopting the lamination crushing principle, the percentage of cubic products can be above 90% with uniform granularity .
c. The crushing cavity structure is designed by the lamination principle ,increasing the crushing ratio and production .And the percentage of the cubic products is to be above 90%.
d. When the non-crushing materials enter into the equipment ,they are released automatically by the protector .Then all the discharging mouth can be recovered .
e. Adopting the imported long diameter principle axis, heavy mainframe and automatic control system ,the equipment is sturdy and durable and the operation is steady and reliable.
f. Adopting the automatic clear �cavity technology ,low cost and extensive scope of crushing .It can not only crush fixedly but also movably.
