Simulated synovial fluid

Artificial synovial fluid (sterile), also known as synthetic synovial fluid, is a solution that simulates the components and pH of synovial fluid. This reagent is sterilized by 0.2 μm filtration. The synovial fluid was used to evaluate the in vitro bioactive behavior (in vitro bone-bonding ability) of tissue-engineered osteochondral (bone-cartilage) composite used in the treatment of lesions of the articular cartilage.
