Single Deck High Speed Nonwoven Folding Machine Overfalz A 100/vk.

The equipment is manufactured by German Overfalz Machinenbau GmbH in years 1988 and 1991 This single deck web unit operates from one NWF reels to produce folded swabs, pads or wipes from nonwoven material. Web speed ranges in between 100 and 250 ms / min. It has in-line design for short web travel, easy operation and small floor space requirement. The machine is equipped with endless knife type cross cutter, automatic web counter and stacking and delivery unit which piles folded products nicely and deliver them on the table. Rotating speed of both horizontal and vertical feed rolls are variable speed controlled and it has automatic lateral web control. The machine is equipped with 3 different folding tools. We have two identical units, both in very good working condition.
