Single Head Super Finishing Machine

Our SUPERFINISHING MACHINE (LATHE MOUNTED) is offered under the model D-HONER DS-60. It is pneumatically operated and the super finishing unit is mounted on the tool post of any lathe. The machine can superfinish rotating components with oscillating movements of the superfinishing stone. It is most useful in improving the surface finish up to 0.02 Mu Ra on various products such as Shafts, Hard Chrome-Copper Plated/Aluminum rolls, Piston rolls, spindles, Gear shaft Needles and many others. Various diameters & lengths can be superfinished with these machine.
