Features

Extruders are fitted with two stage helical gear box in place of worm reduction gear box for achieving high efficiency
Scroll & liners are made of EN-41b/EN-24, Nitra hardened and polished
All extruders equipped with variable drive systems of Siemens make.
Barrels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners
Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance
Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures a proper bite & strip feed to screw.
