The Sintered Metal Mesh Filter Cartridges offered by us are suitable for filtration of high temperature gas of up to 800°C. High tensile & bursting strength, resistance against high temperature, resistivity to corrosion are some of the remarkable features of our sintered metal filter cartridge. Customers can also avail customized sintered bronze filter cartridges, which are used mainly for liquid oxygen, compressed air and silencing with filtration efficiency of 5 to 50 micron. Sintered SS 316L powder filter cartridges have 32-35% opening area and filtration efficiency upto 0.1 micron.Sintered SS 316L fibre filter cartridges have 70-80% opening area and filtration efficiency upto 1 micron.Sintered SS 316L wire mesh filter cartridges have 25-40% opening area and filtration efficiency upto 10 micron.Sintered SS 316L membrane having filtration efficiency upto 0.1 micron. Sintered SS 316L cartridges are cleanable and reusable.Sintered SS 316L cartridges are vacuum sintered near melting point of Stainless steel i.e. 1250oC.
