Sintered Welding Flux, Packaging Type : Grey

SJ101 is a kind of fluoride-alkaline-type slag-system sintererd flux, with the mesh of 10-60(2.0-0.3mm).
It has great capacities of sulpher removal, phosphor removal and anti-rust.
The welding performance is excellent, easy to deslag and with fine appearance of weld even in
the narrow gap of deep slope entrance.
The metal welding seam has good metal plastic toughness, low hydrogen content diffusion and
fine properties of cold, heat and crack resistance.
Usage:
It can be applied to different welding wires and is fit for welding of low-carbon steels and low-
alloy steels.
Can be used for fast welding of pipeline steels and for welding of thick wall structures of
different high-tensile steels.
Cautions:
1.The oil contamination, moisture, iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from
the welding joint.
2.It is better to weld under direct current.
3.When using the welding flux must be baked under 250-300°C for more than 2 hours.
