Sintered Wire Mesh

It is composed of laminated layers of plain-woven wire cloth bonded by special canlendering and sintering in vacuum oven, to creat a new filter material with higher strength and rigidity. It's interlaced mesh forms an uniform and ideal filtration structure.
As a new filter material, it has excellent performances such as high precision and strength, efficient flow restriction, machinablity and resistance to abrasion, heat and cold by reasonably arranging its porosity, permeabilty and strength. Therefore, it's total performance has obviouly advantages than sinered powder, ceramic, fiber cloth, paper and other filter material.
