The batching uses plc automatic belt scale to make all kinds of raw materials mixed in proportion so as to meet the furnace requirements to
alkalinity level. The mixing uses a combination of first mixing and second mixing. With scientific calculation, reasonable rotating speed can make the mixing evenly, therefore the particles formed will have good performance during sintering, which will save cost and increase the yield.
