Technical specification : This type of sisal is not included in the norms of the Ministry of Agriculture and its concept was established due to the practices of commerce. Constitutes of sisal which cannot be classified as type 3, because it has a much accentuated variation in color, length, and impurity rate, but, at the same time, as it constitutes of many fibers of above 60 cm, it cannot be classified as refugo.

Brief about product : The sisal cultivated in Brazil, also known as Agave, is of the specie A.Sisalana and is a plant distinctively tropical hence there is little commercial cultivation of this plant outside the tropical environment.
