SJ-B50 Film Blowing Machine Rotary Die Head

SJ-B50 Film Blowing Machine is used to make high density or low density polyethylene (HDPE or LDPE) into plastic film. We offer two pieces of die head for one machine, more die head is optional for customer's choice to make different size of film. The Film Blown extruding machine includes following parts: screw & barrel, motor, inverter, die head, heaters,winder, and tower, besides, the film blowing machine is with rotary die head, double winder. The rotary die head can make the film to be more even. The motor has frequency control (inverter control) of motor speed to improve the speed regulation and save electricity to 30%. The film blowing machine and bag making machine along with printing machine is the whole set of bag making machine lines. The screw & barrel material is made from a nitrogen-treated chromium-molybdenum-aluminum alloy, 38CrMoAl. The traction frame adopts lifting type, so that it can achieve the best effect of cooling no mater the size of film is big or small. If customer need machine to be more automatized,  we offer some optional device for the customers, like auto loader, auto winder, fast screen changer, air shaft etc. In addition to providing a single layer film blowing machine, we also have double layer blowing machine, three layer film blowing machine, mini film blowing machine and double color film blowing machine.
