SLALOM POLE SPRING

You can use the poles to set out the boundaries of your coaching area. The fluorescent colours will clearly be seen at distant by both players and coaches. Within the coaching area these flexible training poles can be used to set up agility drills concentrating on upper body movement and the development of running and changing direction at pace.
