Slat Chain Conveyors

Slat chain conveyors are another type of purpose built Chain conveyor which use many types of interconnecting (sometimes interleaving) segments to form a slat type chain conveyor. 
Slats can be Polymer, steel or stainless steel construction in either low friction or friction grip styles. 
They are often used in high speed and sometimes high wear applications handling everything from packets, cartons, trays or bottles and cans in filling or bottling operations. They are also used extensively infood manufacturing applications. Heavy duty versions fitted with steel plate slats are c ommonly found in heavy manufacturing / assembly applications such as hot water heater assembly and with other heavy manufactured items like air conditioners or generator units.
