Brief introduction
sleeve labeling machine , also called sleeves labels applicator or sleeves labels inserting machine , which cut sleeves piece by piece and insert the sleeves to bottles , and then shrink the sleeves labels by steam shrinking tunnel or electrical heating tunnel to bottles tightly . The sleeves can label bottles’ body or seal bottles’ caps and necks.
The sleeve labels can be pvc, pet or ops material, but the shrink ratio of pet, ops is much bigger than pvc material, pvc sleeves labels are not degradative material , not good to environment protection. Instead, pet, ops sleeves can be degradative.
hf-250m is single head and single driving machine, the max speed 250bottles per minute (by sleeve height 5~10cm) are common used, meet most user’s requirement.
hf-250m can be used to label bottles’ body and seal bottles’ caps or necks.
