Characteristics:
1. Host transmission parts: adopt AC motor with inverter as driver of roll material, steady and rapid speed acceleration and deceleration.
2. The central control unit: Use a programmable central control,variable sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatically converting slice.
3. Operation panel components:10.4 inch LCD touch screen operation interface, can be set for different kinds of slice parameters and monitor the operation status directly on the screen.
4. Motor control system: central control system is PLC programmable controller,which can be set variable sizes on the same shaft, automatically adjust the slice width according to the set sizes and numbers.
5. Roll slice positioning system: adopt Mitsubishi series brands (Schneider) servo motor to control, precise ball screw to position and use linear slide rail carrying knife. Positioning precise and operation smooth.
6. Knife feeding positioning system: adopt Mitsubishi series brands (Schneider) servo motor to control knife feeding manner, use anthropomorphic four-speed knife feeding for slicing roll.Improving efficiency and gaining the best quality.
7. Round knife angle adjustment: adopt Mitsubishi series brands (Schneider) servo motor to calculate the round knife steering angle , make different angle change according to different materials (Angle adjustment range is ± 8 °). When the slice plane is poor, it can be directly converted slice angle to reduce the number of knife tool changes and improve the production efficiency.
