Sliding doors

All door leafs shall be 45mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90, zero spangle to B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets and solid core construction of compressed honeycomb/rock wool infiled.  Overhead rails shall be made of steel galvanized to B.S.2989 standard lengths 1800mm, 2100mm, 2400mm and 300mm.  Brackets shall be made of pressed steel.  Suitable brackets are available for single and double run application, both side wall and soffit fixing.  Spaced at centers not exceeding 900mm reducing to 600mm for heavier doors.  Hangers and guides are fitted with maintenance free precision bearings sealed for life or "iolite" plain bearings.  Steel parts are rust proofed by electrozinc plating or painting.  Floor channels shall be made of steel in three sizes lugged for concrete and drilled for use with drainage funnels.
