Modular Operation Theatre Door (MOT Door) – Hermetically Sealed

We manufacture and supply hermetically sealed modular OT doors, engineered to maintain controlled environments in cleanrooms, modular operation theatres (MOTs), and pharmaceutical areas.
These doors are designed to minimize air leakage, meet ISO 14644, cGMP, and NABH guidelines, and ensure contaminant-free zones.

🔧 Technical Specifications:

• Door Type: Hermetically sealed sliding or hinged

• Material of Construction: SS304 / SS316 / Powder-coated galvanized steel / HPL (on request)

• Finish: Matt or glossy, anti-microbial coating available

• Thickness: 40–50mm leaf, with internal honeycomb or PUF insulation for strength & sound attenuation

• Vision Panel: Flush-mounted double-glass with desiccant and rounded corners for hygiene

• Hardware:

  ✔ Automatic door closer (for hinged)
  ✔ Motorized operators (for automatic sliding)

• Sealing: 3-sided perimeter gasket with drop-down seal or negative pressure lip seal

• Air Leakage Rate: ≤ 0.5 m³/hr/m² at 50Pa (compliant to DIN EN 12207 Class 4)
