Slit Lamps

The Slit Lamp is an instrument consisting of a high-intensity light source that can be focused to shine a thin sheet of light into the eye. It is used in conjunction with a bio microscope. The lamp facilitates an examination of the anterior segment and posterior segment of the human eye, which includes the eyelid, sclera, conjunctiva, iris, natural crystalline lens, and cornea. The binocular slit-lamp examination provides a stereoscopic magnified view of the eye structures in detail, enabling anatomical diagnoses to be made for a variety of eye conditions. A second, hand-held lens is used to examine the retina.

Slit Lamp is one of our main equipment and it is of excellent quality as per the International Standards being regularly exported by us. The body & parts of the Slit Lamp are made of high quality rust free Aluminium. Also, all the parts are powder coated and are rust & scratch free. Also, the Slit lamp is either mounted on a high quality Nu-Wood board or an Aluminium metal plate. The Optics of the Microscope are of excellent quality.
Slit lamp models are available either with illumination below the microscope or with illumination located above the microscope.
We are dealing in both types of models. Further, Slit lamp models with 2 step magnification or 3 step / 5 step magnification through drum rotation are available. A CCD Camera can be attached through beam splitter with Slit lamp models having or 3 step / 5 step magnification through drum rotation. 
Our Slit lamp models have provision to mount an Applanation Tonometer. Motorized table for Slit lamp are also available.
