    • a.c. Drives for main drive & rewind calculative designed, strong & heavy duty mild steel structure.
      • 4 drive system for senchornized unwinder, main drive & both rewinders.
      • minimum wastage & minimum dependency on labour due to increased automation and easy operating system.
      • cork coated, dynamically balanced, specially desingned low friction idler rollers made of alluminium alloy, mounted on low friction bearing.
      • the system consist of ac digital drive, load cell for feed back, ultrasomic sensor etc.
      • each rewinder equipped with pneumaticaaly loaded lay on assembly with contact pressure control.
      • shaftless system for unwinder ( optional)
