Main features
1. Pneumatic unwinding shaft, pneumatic dancer arm assists to complete reel loading, pneumatic brake controls tension, also with the platform for web ends to butt jointing.
2. Ultrasonic reel diameter detector is used with residual reel alarming system
3. Two sets of LPC control systems at high accuracy control, one is unwinding LPC control system and the other is course LPC control system.
4. Pneumatic rewinding shaft, dancer arm support, double rewinding shafts, setting- length alarm system, automatic machine stop.
5. Rewinding adopts the mode of constant rotate speed or constant linear speed.
6. Rewinding reel-unloading system can reduce the intensity of labor.
7. Man-machine-interface, CPU centralized control system.
