Slurry Pump Bearing Housing

Bearing housing is the main part of a bearing assembly. A bearing assembly also includes other slurry pump parts like shaft, shaft sleeve, bearings, grease retainer, labyrinth etc..  The material of earing housing is cast iron: grey iron or ductile iron. For big pumps like 108F-AH, material is ductile iron. For smaller pumps, the material is always grey iron. A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimises deflection and vibration. Heavy duty roller bearings are housed in a removeable bearing cartridge. Cartridge type with grease lubricated roller bearings designed for more than 60 000 operating hours. Standard pumping parts in cast iron, stainless steel, high chrome and some sizes in Polyurethane or rubber lined. Other materials are available upon request. These parts are all standard parts, can fit to the slurry pumps perfectly.
